These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to sandpiperbrands.com and any related websites, portals, and messaging programs (together, the “Services”) operated by Sandpiper Productions LLC (“Sandpiper,” “we,” “us”), 45 Reddington Landing, Hampton, NH 03842. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use them to send spam or unlawful content.
Some features (such as our brand ambassador and client portals) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Program description. Sandpiper Productions sends operational text messages (SMS, MMS, and RCS) to brand ambassadors, staff, and business clients who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive texts. Messages include shift and event notices, booking confirmations, approvals and waitlist updates, schedule changes, reminders, and recap requests.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your bookings and activity.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further texts unless you opt in again.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected].
Consent. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or engagement.
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
All content on the Services, including the Sandpiper name, logos, text, and images, belongs to Sandpiper Productions LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
The Services may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sandpiper Productions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
