Sandpiper productions brand ambassadors

We hold ourselves to high standards because we believe that’s what sets us apart. If any of these standards don’t align with your aspirations, now is the time to reassess if our team is the right fit for you. Our brand ambassadors stand out, ensuring our clients receive top-notch professionalism at every event.

If you’d like to move forward with applying for a role on our team, please note our expectations. We know our vision lines up with that of our ideal candidates.

  • Punctual: Our Brand Ambassadors are paid for the time they work for the client. They log in and out via geolocation to indicate their arrival at events. The timestamp and location of these timestamps is shared with our clients.
      • Our expectation is that our team members are always on time for their events.
      • Most clients expect our Brand Ambassadors to arrive on site to start their shifts 15 minutes prior to the scheduled event start time.
        • This is considered on-time, so if your arrival time is 3:45pm for a 4:00pm event, you are considered late if you arrive after 3:45pm.
      • Our brand ambassadors never leave their events prior to the scheduled end of shift without management and client approval.
  • Communicative: Our Brand Ambassadors are always communicative and let us know of any obstacles or issues they have at their events. We’re available 24/7 to answer questions immediately as they arise on site and we always set our team up for success.
  • Prepared: As independent contractors, our Brand Ambassadors are expected to be knowledgable about any brands they represent. By the time they are on site and ready to work, they have spent whatever time is needed to research the brands they have signed up to promote. We provide optional training materials to support our team members with their research.
  • Engaging: Our Brand Ambassadors are always attentive, inviting, enthusiastic. You will never see a Sandpiper Brand Ambassador on their phone (unless they are communicating an escalated issue to management etc.). You will never see our team members eating while on shift and they’ll always be available at their assigned locations for the entire duration of their events.

Alcohol Safe seller-server

At Sandpiper, we require all of our brand ambassadors to be certified as Alcohol Safe Server-Sellers. This could mean a TIPS certification, a state-mandated certification or a general state certification.

For more information on requirements, please go to this link and choose your state from the dropdown menu: https://www.360training.com/learn2serve/alcohol-training

If a specific state course is not required, a generalized certificate will still be required to pick up events. Here is an example: https://www.360training.com/course/off-premises-alcohol-seller-server
